Our Story
- At Zenith Baking, and as your friendly Neighborhood Baker, I take great pride in my artisanal baking techniques.
- After completing pastry school years ago, I recently completed an intensive commercial baking course at the San Francisco Baking Institute to further both (1) my baking skills and (2) the understanding of the fermentation process that makes sourdough so flavorful and digestible.
- I have been baking for friends and neighbors for over 30 years and I now look forward to baking for you too. Each loaf and pastry will be crafted-to-order for you.
